The mental aspect of tennis is a very important factor as times in a match, you need to keep calm and deal with pressure points, winning or losing, getting mentally ready in certain times before and during the match. Being in the ready position with a ready condition looking for the ball or simply getting ready before a ball has even been hit, when your in a 3rd set 5-5,something drives you to go that extra mile. Tennis is made up of 4 parts technical, tactical, physical, and mental. This is a poem used by Serena Williams which motivates her, called Still I rise by Maya Angelou.
"Winners train,losers complain"
This quote was on a gym wall, and could be used not just for sports but life, you only get out what you put in,hence "Winners Train,Losers Complain"..
